Does anyone make anything crafty? I own an Etsy shop and have done a few Mickey Mouse items, but nothing too large on the Disney side.

Do you craft anything or do DIY Projects that would be really cool to see?

You gotta love a good ol' DIY and how awesome it can be! You always get a great feeling of accomplishment after handling the task. What all have you done?

I've made phone charms, necklaces and stuff like that. When I told my work my last day there it was with a hand made mickey card. Right now I am working on a Disney candy thing for my last day as well as two Disney maxi skirts.

I've just mostly done a Mickey key bracelet and earrings. I really haven't fell into the rabbit hole yet into making more Disney accessories just yet. Those are really awesome projects, though!

I haven't done much crafty Disney stuff but I have done a really cute Mickey and Minnie nail art way back. I saw a design in a website and decided to try it out and it looked so adorable! It was a bit hard but nevertheless it was so fulfilling to see my nails so Disney-fied! As for arts and crafts, I'm really interested in calligraphy and I'd like to try paper cutting one day so I hope I'd get to do something Disney related with those soon!

I've been looking into doing some polymer clay Disney charms for awhile now to sell as jewelry or just the charms themselves. Pinterest is basically my life at this point and I get so inspired by the points on there. The nails sound really, really cute!

I love to crochet. I have purchased a lot of cool patterns for jewelry. Crocheted rings and necklaces add a cool dimension and texture to an ensemble. Sarah's mentioning of phone charms is something I have never thought of but sounds like the perfect project for crocheting. I would love to see your Disney projects! :)

I have seen alot of home made dresses for girls at Disney World. They are really cute, some are even themed to look like certain character. One mom made her kids a Mary and Burt costume from Mary Poppins. They were having a character breakfast with Mary and Burt as the characters who were working the room. The girl had the white dress withe the umbrella and red waist, even the big "derby" style hat. The boy had white pants and a white blazer with the yellow and red stripes and a straw hat. The boy was not happy about it tho, she was trying to get a picture of the characters with her kids, but the son was not having it. It was really cute tho.

Wow, that sounds really awesome! I wish I could have seen it! Homemade costumes are definitely the best. Way better quality than the store bought brand.

If I ever get the time or the money I really want to teach myself how to sew to make specific skirts that I can use for Disney bounding

I haven't done much crafty Disney stuff, but I sometimes throw DIY projects such as giving new fashion twists to some of my old clothes. It's really fun. :)

Sadly I'm not that great at crafty stuff - I always criticize my work too much if it's not perfect so I get disheartened!

Sometimes I do DIY's around the house but I've never really done any sort of craft Disney DIY. I wouldn't know where to start, honestly!
