How many of you here eats organic food? Do you still buy food in the grocery? Are you aware the dangers of doing that?

I do sometimes buy some things organic, only problem I have is how much more expensive organic things are! I LOVE organic milk though, it tastes so much better than regular milk, that's something I don't mind spending the extra money on :)

It's really sad how organic food are expensive these days. Most food in the groceries are just chemicals :(

Healthy food seem so expensive. :( My family and I still buy from the grocery store. We aren't keenly aware of the health dangers the food there impose. Although I'd love to go organic, I have no idea where to get them! So we just invest in organic supplements to compensate for the harmful chemicals that our bodies may have consumed.

I always buy from the grocery store. I wish I could afford to buy organic but its just to expensive so until they lower the prices I wont be buying it. I know they use pesticides on the fruits where as organic doesn't but that's why I wash them really well, I don't mind it.

I absolutely love the way that Organic food tastes. However, the cost difference between normal food at the grocery store and organic is quite large. I wish organic food didn't cost so much! We usually buy some particular items organic (such as milk) and combine them with other foods at the grocery store.

I only buy organic fruit and vegetables. I also have a huge garden that is organic. The dangers are especially well documented but unfortunately I do have some friends that still prefer conventionally farmed fruits and vegetables or as I like to say "The produce that has a 4000 number on its sticker." It makes me laugh because even my parents are divided on the topic. I know money is an issue so the next priority is how well the fruit is washed. I do believe that the chemicals do alter the structure of the produce but if money is an issue then some may feel that they have no other choice. When I am offered fruit and I sincerely what to accept it, I do not like to preach about my organic beliefs so I just make sure to wash it really really well.:)

I want to eat organic foods because I am sort of a health-conscious person as well, but the thing is, they are quite expensive in the market, so I just buy regular fruits and vegetables.

Going "organic" is a huge gimmick. I mean, yes it is beneficial to a certain point. Buying vegetation from the grocery store is negative on the body if you do not wash the product before consumption. Example: Buying an apple and then eating it right after you exit the store. If you was the product, a lot of the chemicals go away. Very few pesticides effect the product on a cellular level. I mean organic sounds nice, but do not let things fool you so easily.
