Camp Rock

It feels just yesterday when Camp Rock was released! Now the actors there are big superstars. What did you love about this movie?

 

I got into Camp Rock mainly because of the Jonas Brothers (I was a huge Jonas Brothers fangirl a few years back) but I immediately fell in love with Demi and the other actors in the movie. I love how Disney made a movie/musical with pop rock music. The music was one of the things I really loved about this movie. I wasn't a huge fan of the plot (both the 1st and 2nd movie) but overall I really love the movie. I loved the movie so much I'd watch it all over and over to the point I actually memorized all the songs AND lines in the movie.

 

Oh my! I so can relate, keytcee! I also used to be the biggest JB fan back in high school. I watched Camp Rock because of them! But yeah, I ended up liking the movie so much. I even bought Camp Rock magazines and stickers and all sorts of stuff. The songs were really catchy and I got hooked and couldn't move on for about a month. However, when the second movie came out, I wasn't that much hooked anymore. I don't know what happened but I just felt like the first one was incomparable. A lot like how I feel for High School Musical. I got so addicted with the first movie but not so much with the sequels.

 

I loved Camp Rock when it came out. I originally only watched it because it was a Disney movie and so I thought I would give it a try and then just really enjoyed it. The song were so catchy and I really liked Demi Lovato. I agree with you Ellajanelle, I loved High School Musical but I found the second one just couldn't compare!

 

I totally agree with you! I kind of anticipated the second movie but when I got to watch it I wasn't as hooked as I was when I watched the first movie. It's either because I grew out of liking it or because I really didn't think the plot was interesting. I have to give it to them though, the music leveled up. The music they had on the second movie was really nice, especially Joe and Demi's duets and Nick's "Introducing Me" sing which was super cute.

 

I am in love with Demi Lovato. She is the most amazing, talented singer and actress that ever appeared on Disney! I was anorexic and she helped me beat it, twice. I would absolutely die if I met her, even just to see her perform! Luckily my boyfriend works at a music studio so maybe someday I will get to meet her That would be incredibly awesome! In Camp Rock, I loved the part when she's singing her song and then Joe is singing his and they just mesh together but they aren't even actually singing together. That is my favorite part of the movie.

 

I loved all the singing in the movie. I always loved High School Musical, and I felt like this was just like High School Musical, but it takes place during summer. I love Demi Lovato, she is such an inspiration to girls everywhere. Besides just being an amazing human, she is also a great singer and actress. I love how much she stands up for her friends, that's the best thing about her. I know that there aren't a lot of stars like that. There also aren't a lot of stars that would come out and talk about themselves like she did. I think that she is so brave for being able to do that. I think for that reason that she's one of the best Disney stars out there.

 

Well, I loved Camp Rock since it featured the Jonas brothers, and I actually had a huge crush on Nick Jonas way back then. I also fell in love with Demi Lovato's great singing talent and her charming personality. It was really a great show.

 

I love Camp Rock because of Demi Lovato! I actually saw her first in this movie for tv. I did not really watch Sonny with a Chance before so I did not get to see her acting skills aside from Camp Rock. I actually thought from watching Camp Rock that she is a better singer than Miley or Selena. And up to now, her songs are very realistic and fun to sing at.
